We are seeking a skilled travel healthcare professional to join our team as an Emergency Department RN. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in Yuma, Arizona, and experience the beauty of the American Southwest.

Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is estimated to be around $2188.80 per week, based on 36 hours of work per week. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, dental and vision coverage, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
Job DescriptionAs an Emergency Department RN with CrossMed, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients' conditions, developing individualized care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from infants to elderly adults, and develop your skills in emergency nursing practices.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need to have at least one to two years of experience as an RN, preferably in an emergency department setting. You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and remain calm under pressure.
In addition, you will need to have a graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing and hold current certifications as required by the facility. You will also be expected to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Skills and QualificationsThis position requires strong technical skills, including the ability to use electronic medical records systems, operate equipment such as defibrillators and ventilators, and perform various procedures, such as phlebotomy and vital sign measurement.
You will also need to demonstrate cognitive demands, including problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking. Sensory skills, such as visual acuity and hearing, are also essential for this role.
