We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our apartment communities in Warwick/Cranston, RI.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be self-motivated, and possess a sense of urgency. Prior sales experience and academic success are preferred. A 4-year degree in business, marketing, or a related field is also desired.

In this position, you will conduct B2B marketing, tour prospective residents, and track leads. You will also participate in market research, physical inspections, and quality assurance efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct creative B2B marketing in the local community
• Greet and tour perspective residents
• Effectively market the community and communicate with residents using social media
• Regularly survey and report on local market conditions
• Track and manage leads
• Participate in physical inspections and property awareness efforts

• Base salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
