Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT professional to take on a challenging role that involves:

  • Supporting and maintaining network servers, network systems, network security, and network clients;
  • Managing, monitoring, and maintaining wired and wireless network infrastructure;
  • Planning and performing upgrades or repairs on desktops, laptops, servers, and network hardware;
  • Notifying users of any planned outages or service interruptions;
  • Maintaining an accurate inventory of all hardware and software;
  • Conducting preventive and corrective maintenance on network, phone, and computer systems;
  • Responding to Help Desk trouble tickets in a timely manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college degree or equivalent professional experience in IT;
  • Experience with Encompass360 Loan Origination System is a plus;
  • Proficiency with Office365 Enterprise is preferred;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems effectively;
  • Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users;
  • Friendly, professional attitude with excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Patience, flexibility, and a good sense of humor.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
