Job Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and troubleshoot manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and microfluidics-based systems.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of physicists, engineers, and multidisciplinary scientists to drive innovation and growth.
- Apply expertise in plastics engineering, medical device development, and manufacturing processes to drive business success.
Requirements and Skills
- BSME or MSME degree, with plastics engineering degree considered.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in medical device development, with disposables preferred.
- Proficiency in ISO13485 and 14971, process capability, and SPC knowledge.
- Experience with plastic injection molding, ultrasonic welding, and other manufacturing processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and team skills, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software, Solidworks, and other design and simulation tools.
- Experience in troubleshooting, programming systems, data collection, and SOP development.
