About the RoleWe seek an experienced and motivated individual to oversee project setup, manage customer deliverables, and supervise team members. As a Manufacturing Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring all teams operate according to standards and requirements, including safety protocols. This position involves developing work instructions, training inspectors on proper procedures, managing customer relationships, and leading the work of other team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement effective quality control processes.
- Maintain open communication with customers and employees.
- Supervise and train team members to achieve consistent work quality.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., quality management, engineering).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of improving quality and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
