Job Summary:

As a Maintenance Associate at T.J. Maxx, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance duties to ensure the smooth operation of our stores. Your tasks will include performing basic janitorial duties, changing batteries on bulk storage equipment, and assisting the Maintenance Mechanics in troubleshooting and repairing equipment. Additionally, you will perform simple carpentry, plumbing maintenance, and other basic maintenance duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform basic janitorial duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Change batteries on all bulk storage equipment to ensure proper functioning
  • Assist Maintenance Mechanics in troubleshooting and repairing equipment
  • Perform simple carpentry, plumbing maintenance, and other basic maintenance duties as needed

Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
