Role Summary:

As a CRM Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing marketing strategies driven by data that foster relationships with our patients throughout their healthcare experience. Your expertise in CRM systems will be essential in developing personalized and engaging communications that align with our commitment to delivering holistic care for women experiencing PCOS and hormonal challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute CRM strategies that resonate with Allara's patient-focused philosophy and enhance engagement across multiple channels.
  • Develop and oversee targeted email marketing campaigns, SMS outreach, and other digital marketing efforts.
  • Analyze patient data to segment audiences effectively and tailor messaging for optimal engagement.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and a seamless patient experience.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators, providing insights to refine campaigns and boost patient retention.
  • Stay informed on CRM best practices and emerging trends within healthcare marketing.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM marketing, ideally within the healthcare sector or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a knack for deriving actionable insights from data (experience with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for women's health and enhancing the healthcare experience.
