**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Sales and Revenue Growth:** Drive sales by creating a sales-generating environment through the implementation of all corporate sales directives.
* **Customer Service:** Foster a service-oriented environment tailored to the unique needs of our customers, ensuring they are always taken care of in the right way.
* **Merchandise Management:** Ensure merchandise standards and product presentations are second to none, creating a WOW factor that sets us apart from the competition.
* **Leadership and Development:** Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and empowerment to your team, setting clear expectations and leading by example.
* **Communication and Collaboration:** Set the vision and direction for the store, sharing information to align your team and help them feel part of something big.
**Requirements:**
* 2-3 years of progressively responsible retail experience, with at least 1 year of supervision experience.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train, coach, and mentor associates with professional maturity.
* Ability to make decisions, communicate, analyze financial information, problem-solve, organize, and possess computer skills.
* Must be 21 years of age.
* Ability to relocate for future growth and promotional opportunities is strongly desired.
