Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Heart and Vascular team at Swedish Medical Group in Edmonds, WA. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide basic patient care to assigned patients under the direction of the Supervisor or Clinic Manager.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with patients and families to educate them on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- 1 year of nursing experience in a clinic or acute care setting, or 1 year of nursing tech experience.
- Current Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association certification.
