Position Summary:
As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for completing welding projects on schedule while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Work Schedule:
- 4 ten-hour shifts with a three-day weekend.
- 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3 AM (includes a 10% pay differential).

Initial Training:
- Conducted on the 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and layout jobs utilizing blueprints and diagrams.
- Operate machinery to trim, size, form, inspect, and weld materials.
- Perform welding in various positions including flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead.
- Inspect and maintain welding equipment.
- Exhibit excellent attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to read blueprints and perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift 25-45 lbs.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- U.S. person status is required.
- TIG welding experience is preferred but not mandatory.
