Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise parking operations, ensuring compliance with contractual guidelines and company policies.
  • Assist in the management of day-to-day activities, including customer service and maintenance tasks.
  • Make decisions and handle issues that may arise during your shift.
  • Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with management duties as assigned.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and a minimal month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license.
