About the Role:

HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to patients, working closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CT and MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Position patients correctly and safely for imaging procedures
  • Follow physician instructions and protocols for imaging procedures
  • Record and maintain accurate patient information and imaging data
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Associates degree, Bachelor's degree, or Certificate program in Radiologic Technology
  • 1 year of radiology experience preferred
  • Registered Radiologic Technologist (RRT) certification
  • Licensed Radiographer or Radiologic Technologist in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Physical Requirements:

Allied Health professionals must be able to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies, as well as stand for long periods of time.
