Daily Pay Available
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary caregiver for our residents, assisting with all activities of daily living.
- Monitor patient stability by tracking weight, vital signs, and input/output, as well as conducting tests.
- Communicate any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
- Document care activities by completing necessary forms, reports, and logs.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid CNA license in the state of Pennsylvania upon hire.
- Experience in long-term care settings is preferred, but a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Demonstrate compassion, respect, and care for each resident.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player and adapt to changing situations.
- Effective communication skills with both residents and the nursing team.
- Commitment to a person-centered care approach to meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
