We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Coordinator. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and engaging store environment, and supporting the growth and development of our team members.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Create a positive and welcoming experience for all customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Support: Collaborate with store team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and provide support during peak periods.
- Leadership: Act as a role model for our team members, demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure that all store operations are executed according to company guidelines, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with management and team members to ensure seamless execution of store plans, address customer concerns, and provide feedback and coaching.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Teamwork: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors.
- Problem-Solving: Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures, as well as merchandise flow in stores.
- Leadership Experience: 6 months of leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in a retail or customer-facing environment.
