Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Maintenance Technician to join our team at Condustrial, Inc. in Lugoff, SC. As an integral part of our manufacturing team, you will provide primary technical support in the manufacture of cables, adhering to engineering guidelines and assisting in the development of manufacturing processes and machine operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose existing extrusion, interlock, and secondary processes to ensure optimal performance.
  • Utilize knowledge of Programmable Logic Controls (PLCs), electrical drives, motors, encoders, electromechanical systems, and electronic sensors to maintain production equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machines to ensure quality and uptime metrics.
  • Assist the shift team leader in maintaining a consistent flow of products within manufacturing, facilitating planned product changes, color changes, printer setups, and extrusion setups.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge of processes and materials utilized in the manufacture of products in the cable industry.
  • Communicate shift-to-shift information to the manufacturing technician on the following shift.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma Required.
  • 4+ years of Electronics Maintenance Technician experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing, with a strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
