Project Superintendent Idaho Falls

Baker Construction is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Superintendent to lead our Idaho Falls team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of project work, directing co-workers, and interfacing with other trades.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate project work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Direct and oversee subordinate superintendents to ensure effective project execution.
  • Interface with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
  • Participate in training and certifications to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 6 years of related experience and/or training.
  • Line and grade experience.
  • Foreman experience.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of formwork systems.
  • May require appropriate craft certifications.
