We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an Infusion Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in their homes, focusing on complex infusion therapies.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes, adhering to policies and procedures, and state laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff, physicians, and patients to develop and monitor treatment plans.
- Assess patients, establish, and implement individualized care plans, and manage vascular access devices.
- Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapies and provide ongoing support.
- Evaluate patient progress, make recommendations for care plan adjustments, and coordinate with home health and community agencies as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Valid nursing license in the state(s) of practice.
- Minimum one year of experience as a Registered Nurse, with previous infusion and home health care experience preferred.
- Current CPR certification and a valid driver's license with auto insurance.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and possess excellent communication skills.
