Skills & Qualifications:
All applicants must have the ability to assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures for heating, water, and drainage systems, adhering to specifications and plumbing codes. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of water heater and water conditioning operations, well pumps, sewer cleaning, and basic plumbing repairs. Training will be provided to enhance knowledge and expertise, with further certification anticipated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage professionally and courteously with customers, office personnel, and colleagues.
- Conduct thorough inspections and provide accurate quotes for replacements or repairs.
- Complete work as proposed and quoted.
- Participate in on-call duties and provide backup as necessary.
- Attend all mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain a positive attitude and foster a professional, friendly work environment.
- Work diligently, intelligently, and efficiently.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Drug testing, background checks, and a valid driver's license are prerequisites for employment.
- Assist colleagues in completing assigned tasks.
- Perform other duties as required.
Physical Demands:
- Must be capable of lifting and maneuvering equipment weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Must be able to crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend, and reach overhead.
- Must be able to climb and work on ladders.
- Must be proficient in using hand and power tools.
