We are currently seeking highly skilled Automotive Technicians to join our team at CarMax. As an Automotive Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and quality of our vehicles. Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance
- ASE certifications in multiple areas, such as brakes, suspension, and engine repair
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
