Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with department supervisors to optimize production times and meet delivery deadlines.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve fabrication accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to safety policies.
  • Provide training and oversight to new associates and temporary workforce as needed.
  • Monitor and manage schedules, time clocking, and break/meal periods.
  • Perform annual associate appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
  • Work closely with manufacturing and customer service teams to achieve desired results.
  • Minimize overtime by flexing seasonal labor and general staffing as needed.
  • Maintain open communication between management, associates, and store location managers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be able to:

  • Stand, walk, twist, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch for prolonged periods (10 hours or more a day).
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. and require assistance for heavier loads.
  • Work in various conditions, including cold, heat, wind, dusty, and noisy environments.
