Job Requirements

In this fast-paced environment, our team multitasks and prioritizes work using their discretion. As the face of the bank, Customer Service Bankers greet and ensure all clients receive excellent service on all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver superior financial services to clients.
  • Manage cash drawers, vaults, and ATMs accurately.
  • Conduct branch audits to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Process various financial transactions in a confidential manner.
  • Report information related to financial transactions as required.
  • Develop expertise in Lead Bank's financial products and educate clients accordingly.
  • Adhere to operational and compliance standards.
  • Cross-train for a Branch Banker position after mastering Teller duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation based on experience, geographic location, and role. Hourly rate: $19.23 - $21.
