We are seeking an experienced Epic Consultant to join our team at Creative Information Technology, Inc. in a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

About the Job

As an Epic Consultant, you will work closely with clients to implement, optimize, and improve their Epic systems, providing expert guidance on best practices and ensuring seamless integration of new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BPA development and testing, Order Sets, SmartSets, SmartForm, Extensions, and Rules creation
  • Beacon protocol implementation for adult standard of care, pediatric standard of care, and clinical trials
  • Expert consultation on Beacon pediatric protocols build and design
  • Participation in team meetings with subject matter experts from pharmacy, oncology, and nursing
  • Facilitation of technical plan execution and application build between project team members and business owners
  • System impact assessment, design, and development support
  • Test scenario documentation and functional, unit, and integrated testing
  • IT Education team collaboration for training content and guidelines development
  • Managed care contract review and analysis
  • Epic billing matrix build document preparation
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management with industry expertise and consultative characteristics
  • Eligibility and benefits technical and business experience, including EDI, transaction clearinghouse technologies, and payer benefits transactions understanding
  • Epic certification in RTE, Prelude, and ADT systems
  • Strong decision-making skills, analytical skills, and ability to analyze reports and interpret data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels of a customer's organization
  • Experience presenting information to large and small groups
  • Full life cycle project implementation experience in multiple Epic modules

The ideal candidate will have current Epic certification in at least one of the mentioned applications and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.

Our estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
