Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to join a national security and technology company. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, documenting processes, and engaging with stakeholders to discuss solution designs with technical teams. You will work closely with stakeholders to bridge communication between the business and technical teams, ensuring the successful implementation of a Computer-Aided Dispatch System for the City of Phoenix emergency departments.

The technical teams are responsible for modernizing the existing software, providing enhancements to features, and customizing the software to meet each department's requirements. The expected timeline for the implementation of the modernized product is 2027, and it will last for additional years to act as a support to this department.

The customer base is expected to grow immensely throughout the duration of the project. This is a contract position with the intention to last for 3 years, as this is expected to be a multi-year implementation project.

This position requires you to be onsite with stakeholders in Phoenix, AZ 4-5 days per week. If you are looking to grow your career as a Business Analyst, focusing on Computer-Aided Dispatch Systems, within a government environment, then this is the place for you.

Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or a related profession
  • Prior experience with customer engagement to gather requirements and discuss desired outcomes
  • Comfortable with delivering constructive feedback for continuous improvement to development teams
  • Computer-Aided Dispatch System or Emergency Dispatch experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Azure DevOps Platform knowledge or experience
  • Technical development knowledge
Benefits

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $30.00 to $45.00 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching.

Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
