Job Overview

The Pile Driving Foreman will be responsible for supervising employees' activities, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality standards. They will work closely with superintendents to identify and mitigate project issues that affect safety, quality, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set daily work objectives and communicate them to the crew.
  • Schedule and request personnel as needed for timely project completion.
  • Determine and recommend improvements in methods, schedules, and procedures.
  • Inspect materials to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
  • Ensure material delivery to the construction site per established agreements.
  • Meet contract specifications and company quality standards.
  • Report daily time, equipment, and material usage, as well as quantities of work completed.
  • Report any extra work, back charges, or delays caused by the owner, utility company, or others.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience as a working foreman.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Driven and self-motivated problem solver.
  • Open to learning new processes and procedures.
