At Trinity Health, we are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Geriatric Wellness Unit. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and managing nursing care plans for patients
Participate in the evaluation of current and future medical needs of patients
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary clinical team to provide comprehensive care
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and families
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Connecticut
BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
ACLS certification preferred
Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred
Dementia and/or Psych experience preferred
