Nuvem's Pharmacy Management Team is seeking a skilled and compassionate pharmacist to manage pharmacy operations in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting. As a per-diem pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing support and education to patients on their medications, managing staff pharmacists and technicians, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide patient-centered care and education on medications
- Manage pharmacy staff and ensure compliance with regulations
- Stay up-to-date with HIPAA and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse credentialing
- Ensure pharmacy operations are compliant with Federal, State, and Local laws
- Required licensing/credentialing/certification as established by federal and state regulations
- Bachelor of Science or PharmD in Pharmacy degree from an accredited university
- Previous experience in a retail pharmacy setting, with 340b knowledge a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional patient service skills
Varied hours, including Monday through Friday, with no major holidays or weekends
