We are seeking a skilled Inpatient General Cardiology specialist to join our team at the University of Vermont Medical Center.
Job Summary: The ideal candidate will have experience in inpatient general cardiology and be able to work effectively with our team to provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide inpatient general cardiology coverage for 2 consecutive weeks each month.
- Support the teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows during rounding.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Board certification in cardiology.
- Experience in inpatient general cardiology.
- Ability to work effectively with our team.
Working Conditions:
- Work will be requested on the weekend between the 2 weeks from 0700 on Saturday to 1700 on Sunday.
- Weekend coverage includes patient rounding (AM before 12 noon) and call coverage that can be taken outside of the hospital.
