JOB DESIGNATION: The Quality Assurance Engineer II is responsible for providing expertise to ensure product integrity and functionality. This role is crucial in maintaining high reliability and performance standards according to product specifications.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Deliver technical and regulatory expertise for quality assurance testing and inspection related to product development and manufacturing.
* Conduct internal audits of operational processes utilizing inspection results and statistical methods for timely and accurate analysis.
* Lead root cause analysis initiatives for process-related issues.
* Evaluate audit findings and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
* Design and execute both systematic and random tests to verify the performance of Parker products.
* Review and develop inspection forms, records, techniques, and procedures for accuracy and relevance, implementing changes as necessary.
* Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
* Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with potential for variable schedules and additional hours as required.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
* Education: A Bachelor's degree is required, accompanied by relevant quality experience to fulfill job expectations.
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a related field.
* Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of complex Quality Engineering processes and regulatory standards.
- Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced understanding of core engineering principles.

COMPENSATION: Salary range information is applicable for California, based on various factors including candidate experience, qualifications, and market considerations. Pay Range: $80K - $95K.
