Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Greystone Farm at Salem. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, engaging them in meaningful activities, and providing emotional support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior to the appropriate staff
  • Engage residents in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Requirements
  • Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
  • Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred but not required
  • Previous experience working with individuals with dementia desired
