Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team in Aventura, Florida.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in our diagnostic imaging department. As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including positioning and immobilizing them as needed
  • Administer contrast media and other medications as required
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures and results
Requirements:
  • Registered as a Technologist (RT) by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as required by state law
  • Registered in computed tomography (CT) by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) within 1 year of hire
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
  • One year of radiology technologist experience is preferred
