We are looking for a skilled Medical Records Analyst - Inpatient to join our team at Yes Him Consulting Inc. This is a full-time position that offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Summary:

  • Code inpatient records with accurate ICD-10-CM diagnosis and ICD-10-PCS procedure codes.
  • Maintain compliance with official coding guidelines and client-specific policies.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze medical records to ensure accurate code assignment.
  • Prepare daily coding logs and maintain productivity standards.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in coding, including ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS coding, with a 95% accuracy rate.
  • Follow AHIMA's Standards of Ethical Coding and all applicable regulations.
Requirements
  • RHIA/RHIT/CCS credential active and in good standing with AHIMA.
  • Minimum 7 years of hospital-based, inpatient coding experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
