We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Island Ambassador. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our guests, while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Greet all guests with a friendly smile, demonstrating genuine hospitality and work as a team player to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Deliver Food and Beverages: Assist servers with food delivery to guests, maintaining a high level of efficiency and attention to detail.
- Maintain a Clean and Sanitary Environment: Practice table maintenance, clearing and setting tables according to Tommy Bahama standards, and support your crew in maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
- Support Your Team: Work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve our goals and create an environment of aloha fun.
- 1+ years of serving or related experience in a full-service restaurant
- Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by federal/state/local law
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service/hospitality
- Excellent guest service skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business
