Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct precise measurements and documentation while disassembling components, including photographic evidence as necessary.
  • Prepare and clean parts for repair, ensuring they meet quality standards.
  • Evaluate components to determine their repairability or need for replacement.
  • Direct repairable parts to the designated areas for processing.
  • Order necessary parts to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Guarantee that all components are ready and available for the assembly of engines or other systems.
  • Assemble complete engines, modules, components, and assemblies with attention to detail.
  • Utilize maintenance manuals and specifications to confirm proper operating conditions.
  • Verify the conformity of parts against manuals and blueprints.
  • Exhibit a high level of proficiency in engine/module and component induction, kitting, assembly, inspection, and disassembly.
  • Provide expertise in technical documentation and manuals, serving as a resource for fellow mechanics.
  • Bring mechanical and/or aviation experience to the role.
