Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Printing Press Trainee to join our team at Graphic Packaging International, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify board stock is correct and matches job tickets.
  • Maintain appropriate material at the machines for consistent production flow.
  • Complete Feeder Consumption Reports, including how many sheets are on job orders against what was produced.
  • Provide assistance to the printing crew as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working area.
  • Report defects/safety concerns of equipment or material to the Lead Operator and/or Manager.
  • Report all food safety and quality problems to the Lead Man, Department Manager, or Quality Team.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Printing Feeder or Aerator is a plus.
  • Ability to read basic measurement tools and ability to read and follow proper work instructions.
  • Must be able to secure a forklift license.
