Soliant is collaborating with a reputable educational institution to recruit a qualified Speech Language Pathologist for the academic year. This role involves working with students facing communication challenges, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder and various speech and language impairments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing effective therapy strategies tailored to enhance students' social skills, academic performance, and executive functioning.
  • Utilizing instructional methods that encompass literacy, mathematics, communication, motor skills, recreational activities, and essential life skills.
  • Providing specialized support for students with ASD and specific communication requirements.

Qualifications:
  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • An active or pending license to practice as an SLP in Virginia, or the ability to obtain one prior to the commencement of the contract.

Job Details:
  • Full academic year commitment.
  • Caseload: PreK-12 students.
  • Full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
  • Guaranteed hours for both direct and indirect services, with weekly compensation.
