Atrium Health invites Board Certified Family Medicine Physicians to explore our innovative virtual primary care model, serving patients across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. This cutting-edge initiative offers access, convenience, and quality care through a state-of-the-art virtual clinic, available 24/7.
We're seeking passionate physicians who can leverage technology to deliver exceptional care in a virtual setting. As a member of our Virtual Primary Care Team, you'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including advanced practice providers, to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Key Highlights:- Night Shift Availability: Work 6PM - 6AM and enjoy a better work-life balance
- Multidisciplinary Team Approach: Collaborate with 5 physicians and a care team for day and evening shift options
- Virtual Urgent Care: Provide timely care for acute issues and manage chronic conditions remotely
- Ancillary Support: Access digital diagnostics, referrals, and other resources to ensure seamless patient care
- Multi-State Licensing Support: Receive assistance with obtaining licenses for remote work
- No Call Requirements: Focus on patient care without the burden of after-hours calls
- Remote Work Opportunity: Enjoy a flexible schedule and avoid daily commutes
- Passionate about innovation and improving patient outcomes
- Strong virtual presence and excellent communication skills
- Solution-oriented and willing to think critically outside the box
- Able to supervise up to 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in family medicine preferred
- Must reside in NC or SC due to state licensing requirements
