Ultrasound Technician Career Opportunity

Advantia Health is in search of a proficient Ultrasound Technician to become a vital member of our expanding team. In this role, you will be instrumental in performing a variety of ultrasound examinations with accuracy and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper calibration and upkeep of ultrasound machinery
  • Execute obstetric, anatomical, and growth ultrasounds, along with biophysical assessments
  • Conduct gynecological scans, including sonohysterograms
  • Capture high-quality sonogram images and videos
  • Promptly relay any concerns to medical professionals
  • Prioritize patient comfort and satisfaction throughout procedures
  • Document results with precision

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or Diagnostic Medical Sonography
  • ARDMS certification with a focus on OB/GYN
  • Previous experience in obstetric and gynecological ultrasound
  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy
  • Outstanding communication abilities
