Position Overview
MedPro Healthcare Staffing is actively seeking a skilled Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment with a prestigious healthcare organization.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Valid RN License
- Degree from an accredited nursing institution
- BLS & ACLS Certifications
- A minimum of eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Cath Lab environment

Key Responsibilities
The Cath Lab RN will be responsible for:
- Performing angioplasties, implanting pacemakers, and diagnosing cardiac conditions through invasive catheterization procedures.
- Administering care to patients with heart disease and those experiencing heart attacks by obtaining visual diagnostics of the heart's arteries.
- Identifying blockages, assisting physicians during procedures, and monitoring patient status.
- Conducting interventional procedures such as cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and the implantation of pacemakers or defibrillators.
