Position Summary:
We are seeking motivated bilingual candidates fluent in French to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our florist partners, addressing their inquiries and ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Handle incoming calls from florists, providing assistance with various inquiries including billing, order confirmations, and product requests.
- Reinforce Teleflora's commitment to outstanding customer service with each interaction.
- Assist customers with questions regarding:
- Monthly billing statements
- Floral and product orders
- Directory updates
- Advertising inquiries
- Credit card transactions
- Technical support
Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, candidates should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional business coursework is a plus.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and the ability to make informed decisions independently.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
