Job Overview

Noblis is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Air Traffic Systems and Surveillance Services directorates within the Program Management Organization (PMO).

The selected candidate will manage all aspects of program and project management, ensuring FAA operational policies, processes, and program elements are integrated and documented. This includes planning, developing, organizing, coordinating, and conducting ATO organizational activities.

Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of program and project management, including task order manager responsibilities under the contract.
  • Interface with government management personnel, contractor managers, and customer agency representatives to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Prepare and deliver program management-related tasks and deliverables, ensuring they meet quality and timeliness standards.
  • Manage and supervise the work efforts of subordinate personnel.
  • Facilitate meetings, ensuring clear communication and effective decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years experience managing a wide variety of technical and administrative projects with bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, 10 years of direct and relevant experience relating to the management/ supervision of the design, development, test or acquisition of Air Traffic Control/ Management (ATC/M) Systems.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is required.
  • $98,190 - $224,440 salary range.
