The Industrial Assembly Technician will be responsible for the disassembly, cleaning, requalification, rework, and assembly of Traction Motor Combo components utilizing both manual and automated tools. This role requires a keen eye for detail to inspect finished products, ensuring they meet quality and engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute disassembly and assembly tasks on various components.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections to verify compliance with established standards.
- Operate manual and automated machinery safely and efficiently.
- Engage in special processes such as welding or non-destructive testing, which may necessitate additional training or certification.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in operating both manual and automated equipment.
- Experience in component disassembly and assembly.
- Strong quality inspection capabilities.
- Familiarity with welding and non-destructive testing procedures.
