Position Overview:
Cognizance Protection Company LLC is in search of a highly qualified and seasoned Personal Security Specialist to safeguard our clientele.
The successful candidate will possess a robust background in security operations, law enforcement, or military service, along with outstanding situational awareness and decision-making capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver close protection services to clients during both domestic and international engagements.
Conduct thorough security evaluations and strategic planning for events and travel.
Recognize and address potential risks to client safety.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and security organizations as required.
Uphold a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism.
Manage and operate security equipment and vehicles effectively.
Compile and present detailed reports on incidents and activities.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in personal security, law enforcement, military, or a related discipline. State armed guard permits are mandatory.
Exceptional physical fitness and the capability to perform under pressure.
In-depth knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
Proficient in operating security and surveillance technology.
Outstanding situational awareness and rapid decision-making skills.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Must successfully complete a comprehensive background investigation and drug screening.

Active or retired law enforcement personnel.
Essential Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Capacity to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
Detail-oriented and proactive approach.
High level of discretion and integrity.
