We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Reliant Rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services to our patients in skilled nursing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to optimize patient functionality and skills
  • Provide consultation and clinical supervision to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
  • Directly supervise PTAs and Rehab Technicians in skilled tasks during group and individual treatment
  • Build and maintain a strong physical therapy program
  • Enhance clinical expertise and professional skills through ongoing education and training
Requirements
  • A graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
  • A valid state license to practice physical therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend in English
