Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Director of Philanthropy to join our team at Girl Scouts Greater Los Angeles. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fund development strategy, leading a team of fundraising professionals, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing the organization's fund development strategy and budget
• Leading a team of fundraising professionals to achieve annual fundraising targets
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, board members, and community leaders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new funding opportunities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a senior fundraising role, preferably in a non-profit setting
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective fundraising strategies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
