We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medication Aide to join our team at Creasy Springs Health Campus. As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medications, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration, leisure activities, incidents, and observations
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Requirements:
  • Certified License for QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CMA (Certified Medication Aide)
  • Experience in long-term care or home care setting preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
