Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Foreman to join our team at UtilitiesOne in the Pacific Northwest region. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading a crew of 3-4 civil technicians and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of civil technicians and provide guidance on construction procedures and best practices.
  • Interpret construction drawings and job orders to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Ensure the safe operation and maintenance of construction equipment.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
  • Recruit, train, and support new team members to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve team efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in Tower Construction.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Civil Foreman or similar role.
  • Ability to travel for work to different job sites within the region.
  • Strong understanding of construction procedures and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
