Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Engage with customers, answer questions, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process sales, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and inventory.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately handle cash and process transactions.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, with the ability to operate a cash register and other store systems.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certifications: PTCB certification preferred.
