Associate Registrar

The University of Wyoming invites applications for an Associate Registrar position. This role provides direct assistance and advice to the Registrar regarding designated areas within Registration and Records.

• Provide high-quality customer assistance and senior project leadership on special projects.
• Assist with the operational, personnel, and financial functions within Registration and Records as assigned.
• Counsel students on academic, registration, and records problems for assigned areas.
• Assist with the management of designated areas, ensuring adherence to state, federal, and University regulations and guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of work-related experience
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Experience managing a team, including supervision and performance management
