This is a 12-week travel assignment with a possibility of extension. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a skilled nursing facility and be able to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to determine treatment needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
  • Active Physical Therapist licensure/certification in New Hampshire
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
  • At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred

  • Competitive salary range of $1,580-$1,762 per week
