Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver therapeutic services and support to individuals, families, and groups, both in-person and through telehealth platforms.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations, including risk assessments, and develop personalized treatment strategies while documenting progress in an electronic health record system.
  • Implement evidence-based methodologies and utilize appropriate screening instruments.
  • Collaborate with community organizations to coordinate care and provide necessary referrals.
  • Maintain a minimum of 28 billable hours weekly.
  • Engage in both individual and group supervision sessions.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance professional expertise and knowledge.
  • Attend mandatory staff meetings and additional required gatherings.
  • Support and embody the mission, values, and philosophy of the organization.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Administrative Duties
  • Comply with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Attend scheduled team meetings.
  • Maintain and review client records in accordance with established standards and timelines.
  • Participate in regular supervisory meetings with the clinical supervisor.
  • Oversee financial record-keeping and submit required documentation accurately and punctually.
  • Complete and submit timesheets accurately and on time.
  • Ensure job-related documentation is maintained accurately and submitted promptly.
Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctoral Degree in psychology, social work, clinical counseling, or a related discipline.
  • Eligibility for licensure in the state of MA (LSCW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADCI).
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Preferred: Massachusetts CANS certification.
Essential Skills and Competencies
  • Ability to effectively organize and manage job responsibilities with minimal oversight.
  • Proficiency in First Aid, CPR, Defensive Driving, and Fire Safety.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exhibit sound judgment in various situations.
  • Capability to deliver goal-oriented services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Bilingual candidates (English + Spanish) or those with bicultural backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
